In most physiotherapy clinics, appointments run 20 to 30 minutes. Enough time to address a symptom. Not always enough to understand a person.
Jason, the founder of Narrowgate Physiotherapy, had spent enough time in that system to know the tradeoff wasn’t working for patients or practitioners. So two and a half years ago, he built something different: a small, values-led clinic where 45, 60, even 90-minute appointments are standard, and every patient is treated as a person, not a case number.
“I just wanted to give my best to clients and not sacrifice my ability to help people because of money or time constraints,” he says.
